Randy P. Pruitt

Randy has served as the Chairman and C.E.O. since founding Hulen Operating Company in 1994. A second-generation oil man, he began his career at age 16 as a roughneck, working his way to production superintendent by age 21.

Throughout his career, Randy has been involved in the financing, drilling, and production of more than 250 wells in the Mid-Continent region of the U.S. To date, wells drilled by Hulen Operating and its affiliates have produced approximately 3.28 million barrels of oil and 37 billion cubic feet of natural gas. His deep technical knowledge and decades of field experience form the backbone of Hulen’s operational excellence.
